01Current FarmCart billing model
FarmCart currently provides marketplace tools for browsing produce, publishing listings and sending buyer requests. It does not currently offer premium listing packages, subscriptions, wallet services or paid platform features through this website.
02No FarmCart payment processing
FarmCart does not currently collect, hold, process or transfer payment for produce orders. A buyer request helps the buyer and seller begin a trade conversation; it is not a payment instruction and does not complete a purchase.
03Buyer and seller responsibilities
Before money or produce changes hands, the buyer and seller must clearly agree the produce, quantity, unit price, total amount, any delivery charge, payment method, pickup or delivery arrangement, inspection and handover timing. Each party is responsible for the arrangements they make directly with the other.
04Delivery, pickup and refunds
Delivery and pickup are agreed between the buyer and seller. FarmCart does not set delivery prices, arrange transport or control the handover of produce. Refunds, returns, substitutions and disputes about an order must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller unless FarmCart later introduces an express payment or dispute-resolution service.
05Future paid services
If FarmCart introduces paid services in the future, we will publish the applicable price, billing method, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation process and refund rules before a user is charged. This policy will be updated at that time.
06Questions
If you have a question about a listing price, a request or a direct arrangement with another user, first confirm the terms with that user. For a platform question, contact FarmCart at hello@farmcart.com.
