01Respect for intellectual property

FarmCart respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. Sellers and other contributors must only upload photos, descriptions, logos and other content that they own or have permission to use. Do not use another person’s content in a way that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights.

03What happens next

We may review the report, ask for more information, notify the user who posted the content, restrict access to the content or remove it where appropriate. We may also take action against repeat or serious infringement, including limiting or ending access to FarmCart.

04Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed or restricted in error, email hello@farmcart.com with the subject “Copyright counter-notice”. Identify the removed content, explain why you believe the action was mistaken or that you have the right to use the content, and provide your name and contact details. We may forward relevant information to the original complainant where appropriate.

05Other concerns

This policy is for copyright and related intellectual-property concerns. If you need to report a misleading, unsafe or otherwise problematic produce listing, contact FarmCart support with the listing name and a clear description of the issue.

06Changes and contact

We may update this policy as FarmCart develops or as legal requirements change. Questions or notices can be sent to hello@farmcart.com.
